    The Universal Gear Works, Highland Park, Detroit, has been organized by Frank L. Banta, Frank J. Brown, and L. G. Younglove to do a general machine shop business, making gear work a specialty. It has a capital stock of $30,000 and is said to have enough orders on hand to keep it busy for some time.
