This company, founded 1905, made a variety of products, including pneumatic and electric sanders for the furniture industry. Circa 1920, they made Twentieth Century balancing tools. In 1926 they merged with the Rockford Milling Machine Co. (founded by the Sundstrand brothers) to create the Sundstrand Machine Tool Co.
