Nathan Mfg. Co., Bullseye Feed Lubricator #31
By 1867 Isidore Dreyfus, under the name I. Dreyfus, was making patent lubricators. By 1876 he was partnered with Max Nathan in Nathan & Dreyfus, manufacturing lubricators, water injectors and related apparatus. in 1884 Dreyfus retired from the business, which reorganized as the Nathan Manufacturing Co.

The co-partnership heretofore existing between the undersigned, under the name and style of NATHAN & DREYFUS, has been dissolved this day by mutual consent. Either of the partners will sign in liquidation.
