Wisconsin Pump & Machine Co. was originally a division of Milwaukee Chaplet & Manufacturing Co. (archived) but was spun off in 1950 as Rice Pump & Machine Co. Under both names they manufactured a die filer.
Their die-filer decal bears a marked resemblance to decals used by Atlas Press Co.:
As far as we know this was a simple case of imitation and there does not appear to be any corporate connection between Rice Pump & Machine and Atlas Press.
