This device was featured in the 1917 "Turret Tools" catalog from Bardons & Oliver of Cleveland. It is described as "Graham's patent". An article in the 1909-04-01 The Iron Age (page 1058) shows this tool, made by Graham Manufacturing Co. of Providence, RI. This is one of only two patents granted to Arthur W. Graham, the other being a 1909 valve patent, 944,416, that was assigned to Builders Iron Foundry |
