This maker of gasoline engines and woodworking machinery was established in 1908. Apparently they are still in business under the name ABS Pump.

  • From ad in a 1915 issue of "Carpenter and Builder," featuring "the new No. 6 C. H. & E. portable saw rig." The machine is not described, but it is a combination machine similar to Crescent's Universal Woodworker.
