This combination machine was sold as the "Electric Carpenter". One example is labeled as "The Electric Carpenter. Manufactured by Woodworking Machinery Co. Inc. Phila. Pa." Another example is labeled, "Electric Carpenter / Carpenters Machinery Co. / Tatamy, Pa. / Patented." Apparently Messinger Mfg. Co. of Tatamy also sold this machine, as did American Floor Surfacing Machine Co. and National Target & Supply Co. We are not completely certain who manufactured this machine and who was just a reseller. |
