Here is the text of the accompanying article:
"In the case of Clark & Demill, who started in business last fall, it was another graduation of expert mechanics from Galt machine shops into the manufacturing ranks of the town. The firm manufactures wood-working machinery and made a very modest beginning in new shops on Park Street, adjoining the Canadian Pacific station grounds. So successful has the concern been in attracting trade that an addition has been made this summer and the chances are good for still further enlargement in the near future. The members fo the firm are W. C. Clark and W. E. Demill." |
