THE DIAMOND SAW GUMMER AND SHARPENER.
The accompanying cut represents the Agan patent circular saw gummer and sharpener, which the manufacturers, who are also the owners of the patent, claim to be a great improvement over anything heretofore introduced. It does its work perfectly and is exceedingly simple in its operation. It sharpens all kinds of saws up to 24 inches in diameter. A 16-inch saw can be sharpened in from two to three minutes. A self-center holds the saw firmly in position, and the machine is provided with a tilting top for cross-cut saws. An adjustable stop permits the work being made uniform and true. A 10-inch emery wheel and Hadley’s patent countershaft are furnished with each machine, which all complete is sold at a price within the reach of all.
