This company was founded 1906 to make sawmill equipment and dowel door machinery. The principals were Theodore S. Wilkin and either Frank or John Challoner. Wilkin had been the principal sawmill designer for E. P. Allis & Co.. Frank and John were sons of George Challoner and had taken over their father's company in the 1880s.
Between 1956 and 1961, this company merged with Bell Machine Co., and is now part of Wisconsin Automated Machinery Corp.
