Pipe Mill and Special Machinery, the "Enterprise" line of Sawmill Equipment, and the "Crescent" line of Woodworking Machines.

At least one example of a "Crescent" 12" jointer has turned up that is marked as being made by the Stamets company (with no mention to Enterprise). The jointer was made in 1972. This machine is very similar to the older line of Crescent jointers that were made by Crescent except that the base is made of welded steel rather than cast iron.
