Founded in 1904 by Louis Ducro to make Niagara Marine Motors.The company reorganized in 1912 as the Niagara Gasoline Motor Co. and established a new plant in Dunkirk, NY. Just after WW1 the firm incorporated as the Niagara Motors Corp.
