This business was incorporated in February 1905 and briefly made a circular-saw-based miter saw.

Biennial Report of the Secretary of State of the State of Illinois for October 1, 1904 to September 30, 1906 has Eureka Electric Miter Machine Co., Bloomington, Ill.; capital stock $20,000. Statement filed February 17, 1905, issued February 24, 1905.

Eureka Electric Miter Machine—The miter machine which we illustrate in Fig. 1 is manufactured by the Eureka Electric Miter Machine Company, Bloomington, Ill., to overcome the difficulties encountered in perfect miter making by hand.
