Active by 1919 and located at 33 Ottawa Avenue N. W. in Grand Rapids, the Grand Rapids Grinding Machine Co. made rather gizmotic universal grinders. In 1923 they merged with two other machinery builders to create Gallmeyer & Livingston Co.
