This motor manufacturer was established in 1913. At some point they became Marathon, Inc. and in 1997 they became a part of Regal-Beloit Corp.
For many years Marathon was the main motor supplier for Delta Unisaws, Delta radial arm saws, and grinders. They also supplied Montgomery Ward and other manufacturers.
