This firm made a 13" planer during the 1950s, and may have made other sizes as well. Forsberg was acquired by Max Manufacturing Co.; the manufacturing was relocated to San Jose and the planer was sold under the "Max Forsberg" brand.

13" planer from the 1950s. We have not heard of any other machines from this maker, but the planer seems to be well regarded by those who have used it.
