Bett-Marr Manufacturing Co. made a 14-inch two-wheel bandsaw and a 24-inch three-wheel bandsaw. Bett-Marr was in business from at least 1942 and possibly earlier. Home-shop machinery seller Foster Manufacturing Co. sold the Bett-Marr 14-inch saw under the "Foster" brand name.
In the late 1950s the Bett-Marr company was acquired by Lockformer Co., who continued to manufacture both Bett-Marr saws for several years.
