The company manufactured a plain horizontal grinder in 1916-1917. The firm was a subsidiary of Richmond Adding & Listing Machine Co., which was sold to Cleveland Machinery & Supply Co. in Feb. 1917. Cleveland continued machine tool manufacturing in the Richmond plant.
