The company was in operation at 1305 Bates Ave. by 1910, then moved to a new building at 3233 Colerain Ave. in 1918. Apparently the company suffered from the 1920-21 deflationary depression, because it was taken over by Cincinnati Milling Machine Co. in 1922.
