Majestic Tool & Manufacturing Co. was active by 1929. They made tool grinders that were marked "MAJESTIC T. & M. CO. / DETROIT". In 1951 the company name was changed to Parker-Majestic Inc.

Changes Corporate Name
Majestic Tool & Manufacturing Company, Detroit, has changed its name to Parker-Majestic, Inc., it is announced by N. L. Parker, executive vice-president.
