The principals of Millspaugh, Rowley & Millspaugh were John H. Millspaugh, Edwin A. Rowley, and Thomas Millspaugh. It was in business by the beginning of 1872, and seems to have split into two by the beginning of 1875. The succeeding firms were Williamsport Machine Co. and Rowley & Hermance.
