EASTON TOOL & MACHINE CO.
This Company Recently Absorbed Jackson Vise & Tool Co, and R. J. Lippey Pattern Works
The Jackson Vise & Tool Co., Vineland, N. J., R. J. Lippey Pattern Works and the Easton Tool & Machine Co. of Easton, Pa., have been consolidated and incorporated under the laws of Pennsylvania, under the name of the last named company, and will continue the business of the three former companies at Easton, Pa.
While the pattern and machine jobbing and repair business formerly conducted by the last named concern will be continued, the company will devote particular attention to the manufacture of the Jackson line of machinists' patented sectional jaw and combination pipe vises, the "Utility" drill press vise, and "Turn Easy" blow-off cocks.
An additional adjoining building has recently been taken to provide quarters for increased manufacturing equipment which, when installed, will increase the company's manufacturing facilities fifty per cent.
The officers of the company are: President, C. L. Sonnen; vice-president, A. E. Defenderfer ; treasurer, R. J. Lippey; secretary and general manager, C. J. Jackson. The company has issued a new catalog of its products, which it will be pleased to mail upon request. |
