The Pneu Powr Press Corp. was founded in Buffalo, New York, and specialized in pneumatic power and cut-off presses used in roll forming and tube/pipe processing. In 1981 the company was acquired by Michigan Roll Form, Inc. Within three months of the acquisition, the entire Pneu Power Press manufacturing operation was moved from Buffalo, New York, to Michigan Roll Form's plant in Grand Haven, Michigan.
