The company manufactured the Mighty Midget Unishear portable electric sheet metal shears. The tool was introduced in early 1928 or shortly before. In late 1929, the firm's assets were purchased by Stanley Electric Tool Co., a newly-organized subsidiary of The Stanley Works. The Unishear was added to Stanley's product line, and Stanley was still manufacturing the Mighty Midget in 1939.
