The Lippmann Engineering Works manufactured an extensive line of grinders beginning in about 1942. The company's primary product line was rock-crushing machinery. In 1962 the company was acquired by rock-crusher competitor Hewitt-Robins, Inc. (a division of Litton Industries), becoming the Lippmann Products Division of Hewitt-Robins. So far as we know the Lippmann line of grinders disappeared at this time.
