This is not mine.
Spotted this on E--y a while back and knew it was not represented in the Photo Index. It appears to be a display stand however the SB-35 catalog image on this website gives the appearance of it being used as a working rotating tool stand as well.

[ADMIN NOTE: It's patent 1,272,613 granted to Louis Broemel and assigned to Peck, Stow & Wilcox Co. It is a stand for holding several small tinners' machines.]
