I know this is a long shot, but I have gotten lucky finding stranger parts than this in the past......and I'll never know unless I ask.
I am looking for the 'U' Table extension, and a Rack & Pinion fence for a Northfield No.4 Table Saw. I'm hoping that someone out there upgraded their saw to a Biesemeyer, or other brand of modern fencing system, and has the old factory parts collecting dust in the back corner of their shop. I just recently purchased a No.4 and it is missing all of the accessories.
I know that a lot of people will say to just buy one of the newer fencing systems, but for what I am using this saw for I would rather have the original R&P style of fence. I also know that a lot of guys who have these parts in the back corner of their shop are saving them "just in case I sell the saw someday", and I completely understand that mentality. What I am looking for is the guy who has the parts out back and just wants them out of his way because he loves his Biesemeyer and has no intention of ever taking it off. Let me know if you have any of these items that you are willing to part with, and let me know what you are looking to get for them.......I am open to paying for them, or working out some type of trade. I have TONS of machines, parts, motors, controls, tooling, etc. for old metalworking & woodworking machines so if there is something you are looking for in return I would be happy to try to help. |
